The City of Lewiston, partnering with the Lewiston Area Public Health Committee, is seeking proposals from service providers on their ability to increase programming and/or create new programs to combat substance use disorder in our community using one or more of the four pillars ( www.maine.gov/future/opioids ) described in the Maine Response Strategic Plan. Supplanting of existing programs, staff, or services is not allowed.
