Sealed bid for furnishing two (2) new 8600 lbs., 130” Wheel base Passenger Van for the City of South Portland School Department as specified below, in the attached specifications and proposal, will be received by the City Purchasing Agent, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at which time, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the above stated day and time will not be considered.
Bids shall be submitted on the attached bid form electronically to mfitzgerald@southportland.org
, plainly identified in the subject line, “Bid #18-24, 8600 lbs. Passenger Van 130 WB Van” and shall be sent to the Purchasing Agent at the above email address.
Delivery to be made upon receipt of purchase order and shall be F.O.B., South Portland School Department Transportation, 1142 Highland Avenue, South Portland, Maine.
