This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in

FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included

in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper

copies of this solicitation will not be available. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904024Q0002. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2023-0929. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The contractor shall provide the following supplies:

CLIN 0001:23 Weeks for rental of one (1) HEAT EXCHANGER per statement of work.



CLIN 0002: Delivery to and from PNSY, Kittery ME. Required Delivery 10/30/2023



CLIN 0003: 9 Weeks Option to extend Rental of Heat Exchanger in Accordance with Statement of Work



CLIN 0004: 8 Weeks Option to extend Rental of Heat Exchanger in Accordance with Statement of Work



CLIN 0005: 9 Weeks Option to extend Rental of Heat Exchanger in Accordance with Statement of Work
