Description

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to issue a sole source contract to original equipment manufacturer Norhtrop GRumman Marine Systems. This sole source requirement is for proprietary work reparing the Main Reduction Gear. Northrop Grumman owns all rights and proprietary drawings needed to support this contract and this proprietary information is what makes Northrop Grumman the only responsible source for this work.
