The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Maine is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for medical support services in Augusta, ME. This is not a solicitation.
The purpose of the requirement is to provide medical, dental case management, behavioral health services, and medical administrative support staffing in support of the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) soldiers in the Maine Army National Guard who require case management services to resolve issues that are making the soldier a non-deployable asset. The requirement is for one lead non-clinical case manager (RN III), two care coordinators (Medical Record Technicians), and one Social Worker (BSW). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary in support of the IMR.
The period of performance shall be for a base year plus one option year.
- Base: 27 March 2024 – 26 March 2025
- Option 1: 27 March 2025 – 26 March 2026
The NAICS code is 621999 – All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services with a size standard of $20.5 million.
The requirement will be issued as 100% women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside.
