Description

This requirement was solicited in accordance with Sole Source exclusive rights as maintenance can only be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The determination that the procurement for the above service is a Sole Source requirement is based on the Limited Source Justification form dated 10/03/2023. This maintenance shall be performed by the only company with the necessary intrinsic knowledge of the machinery. PERKINELMER U.S. LLC, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), has the proprietary data and knowledge to maintain the equipment in peak operating condition and to make the most cost effective repairs as needed for the equipment. PERKINELMER U.S. LLC is also the sole service provider for these instruments and has the maintenance kits for them.
