This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13. The Maine Air National Guard Contracting Office has a requirement to install the following items:

• Upgrade to Advantor 6.2 for IDS and ACS


• Installation of 4 fixed cameras, 1 PTZ camera, 1 license plate camera


• Installation of 4 new duress buttons at various buildings


• All items shall be compatible with existing IDS

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Advantor Systems Corporation. (See Justification for further details). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the Business Size Standard is $25M.

All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time, 18 September 2023. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
