This sources sought is being issued on a market research basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. No responses to this notice may constitute as an official quote, offer, or agreement with the Government at this time in accordance with FAR 15.201(e).





The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks to identify sources capable of providing various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support a multiple award (MAC) IDIQ for multiple customers at Naval Activities in the greater Northern-Atlantic Region. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in gauging the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the requirement and to determine the appropriate acquisition method. Respondents may or may not be notified of the result of this notice.
