The proposed source is Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon) 1 Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 USA. The procurement is for cellular wireless service and equipment for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) and Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP). An Exception to Fair Opportunity for Sole Source has been prepared. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for annual maintenance and support services is for one year with a period of performance (PoP) of 05/01/2023 – 04/30/2024.
