The specifications delineate the City of Lewiston’s Annual Bituminous Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement Contract requirements. This Contract is for a City of Lewiston truck to pick up the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) at the Contractor's mixing plant for use anywhere within the City of Lewiston. The contract shall be in effect for one (1) year from the date of the award of this bid.
