Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to competitively procure, via Lease, the use of approximately 27,296 SF of climate controlled, secure industrial space for the U.S. Navy to accommodate fabrication, repair and installment of containment items for Shop 75 (Sail Loft) located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) Kittery, Maine. The required minimum of 27,296 square feet of industrial space includes approximately 4,850 SF of Personnel Space. This space may be situated on separate floor or combined on a single floor.
