Description

  1. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) desires to lease within the boundaries listed below.



The Government requests space within 10 miles from the current location: 138 Maine Avenue, Building 96, Bangor International Airport, Bangor, Maine 04401.



The boundaries are as follow: North of Millvale Road and Route 15, East of Swan Road and US Highway 2, South of Pushaw Road and Route 221 and West of Rooks Road and Levenseller Road




  • 2. The Government is seeking a minimum of 7,010 to a maximum of 7,711 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building as described below:

    • Office Space: Approximately 7,010 – 7,711

    • Outdoor Yard Space: Approximately 2,355 min to 2,590 max

    • The Government requires thirty-two (32) off street parking spaces, of which 14 must be reserved for government owned vehicles
